Jerry Hogan
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hogan joined the FAMS executive team in 2003 as a Vice President of Operations; he was appointed FAMS' Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Jerry began his collections career with Capital Credit Corporation in 1987, giving him 21 years of accounts receivable management experience. Starting as a collector, he advanced through the ranks, gaining broad experience working with Fortune 500 clients as well as local, state and federal government agencies. Before joining FAMS, Jerry was a Senior Vice President of Operations for Nationwide Credit. His wealth of collections experience spans a diverse client base at all stages of the collection and customer care cycles. Throughout his career, he has provided dramatic competitive performance improvements utilizing technology, quality assurance and benchmarking efforts. Jerry has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Indiana University.

John Kahn
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kahn joined FAMS in 2006 as CFO and is responsible for all financial matters. He is a seasoned professional with experience in a number of companies in the financial services and technology sectors, including most recently Trusted Network Technologies and Skylight Financial. A Certified Public Accountant, John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of Financial Executives International and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has served as President of the Technology Executives Roundtable and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Academy. John obtained a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Wales and is a Certified Information Technology Professional.

Bill Morrissey
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Morrissey joined FAMS' executive management team in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Bill is a 24-year veteran of the credit and accounts receivable industry, having worked at TransUnion, Equifax, NCI and Van Ru. He has both business development and operations experience within the education, financial services, government, healthcare and telecommunications/media sectors. Bill is a member of ACA's Society of Credit and Collection Executives, HFMA, AAHAM, and ACHE as well as being very active in various industry organizations in Illinois such as the Illinois Collectors Association and the former CCCS of Greater Chicago. He is a Certified Credit Bureau Executive (CCBE) and holds a Bachelor degree from DePaul University.

Rodney Bowers
Senior Vice President, Information Technology

In 2007, Mr. Bowers joined FAMS' executive team as Senior Vice President of Information Technology. In this new role, he will be responsible for directing FAMS' information technology and systems teams, and he will be accountable for strategic technology planning, network infrastructure, computer operations, data processing, security, telecommunications and office systems. Rodney comes to FAMS with 30 years of technology experience, including a specialized focus on emerging technologies, engineering and IT organization development, software engineering, systems architecture, data management and network design. He will leverage his knowledge and cognitive skills to deploy improved network architecture and strengthened security directives.

Rodney is master certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) which provides a best practices framework for business relationships and interfaces as well as Six Sigma Champion certified. Additionally, Rodney has attended Project Management Office (PMO) boot camp and has submitted his application for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. He was a speaker at the 2007 Interop conference and has published articles in Network World Online, F5 World Magazine and Gartner Case Studies. He is itSMF Service Catalog certified and serves on the customer advisory board of iPASS. Rodney is an instructor and on the Industry Advisory Council for the Computer Technology department at Southern Polytechnic State University. He holds his Bachelor degrees from Southern Polytechnic State University in Computer Technology and Electrical Engineering.

Steve Gale
Senior Vice President of Operations

In 2008, Mr. Gale joined FAMS' executive team as Senior Vice President of Operations. He was most recently Vice President of Operations at Focus Receivables Management. In this role, he had direct responsibility for all collection operations across the company including continual competitive improvement. He also led the company's expansion effort, directing the opening of two additional collection centers. Steven began his collection career at American Creditors Bureau (ACB) as a collector, and he has held progressively more senior positions at firms such as National Revenue Corporation and Intellerisk. At FAMS, he will leverage his extensive accounts receivable management experience to enhance operational performance and provide added value for its clients through his competitive drive and hands-on management approach. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
