Mr. Hogan joined the FAMS executive team in 2003 as a Vice President of Operations; he was appointed FAMS' Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Jerry began his collections career with Capital Credit Corporation in 1987, giving him 25 years of accounts receivable management experience. Starting as a collector, he advanced through the ranks, gaining broad experience working with Fortune 500 clients as well as local, state and federal government agencies. Before joining FAMS, Jerry was a Senior Vice President of Operations for Nationwide Credit. His wealth of collections experience spans a diverse client base at all stages of the collection and customer care cycles. Throughout his career, he has provided dramatic competitive performance improvements utilizing technology, quality assurance and benchmarking efforts. Jerry has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Indiana University.
