ACA International (ACA), the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, is the comprehensive, knowledge-based resource for success in the credit and collection industry. Within the ACA, FAMS is especially active in the following programs:
Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organizations (COHEAO) is a partnership of more than 300 educational and commercial members that promote access to post secondary education. Consumer Bankers Association (CBA), leaders in retail banking. DBA International (DBA), the Debt Buyers Association: industry professionals, networked and dedicated to building a reliable and credible market for delinquent receivables. Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), improving healthcare through excellence in financial practices. National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) serves a membership of more than 2,500 chief administrative and financial officers at colleges, universities, and higher education service providers across the country through a collaboration of knowledge and professional development, advocacy, and community. National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP), a nationwide network of guaranty agencies, secondary markets, lenders, loan servicers, collection agencies, schools, and other organizations involved in the administration of the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP).
